In some unexpected shocking news, TMZ reports that amber rose and wiz khalifa have called their marriage quits as amber files for divorce. TMZ has learned that split is due to "irreconcilable differences", in the divorcedocuments it shows that amber is seeking full custody of their 1 year old son Sebastian with visitation rights to wiz.
Although the split is unknown rumors are circulating that it has something to do with Nick Cannon, who recently signed Amer rose to his management company NCredible Entertainment.

TMZ reports that amber rose is pointing the finger at wiz for their marriage falling apart. Apparently, amber feels that wiz has been "stepping out" since his tour kicked offin July. amber is telling friends that she wanted to join wiz on the tour, but he came up with a series of excuses, the most frequent of which was she should stay home with their 1-year-old child.
According to TMZ, he believes amber was cheating on him with Nick Cannon, who recently divorced his own wife, Mariah Carey.

According to TMZ, amber rose is looking to earn over a million dollars from wizkhalifa based on a prenuptial agreement the two signed before getting married. The agreement was eight pages long.
According to her legal documents, amber wants spousal support in addition to hermillion. The prenup, specifically denies such support from being demanded, offering the one-time payout instead.
The judge will determine who gets custody of the child, as of now amber is seeking full legal and physical custody of 1 year old Sebastian.
